Working in Real estate since 2014, I've always enjoyed working with a diverse group of clients.  I have a diverse background in real estate ranging in both commercial and residential applications.  While obtaining a degree in architecture at Washington University in St. Louis, I gathered a unique skill set that has not only taught me how to analyze spaces, but also create unique and effective marketing strategies. 

As the founder of Z to A realty, I am a strong advocate for ensuring quality real estate listings.  That is why we offer the best marketing tools available with every listing, regardless of price.  As a company, we believe it is of utmost importance that we start with your end goals and work on the process from there.  

I have a very diverse background in real estate ranging in both personal and professional experience.   As a real estate investor, I've personally owned and managed many different multi-family buildings.  I have a passion for working with real estate entrepreneurs, and enjoy helping first time investor clients plan their portfolio.  Outside of investments, I specialize in home sales with my extensive marketing and property analysis I provide.

In addition, I am seasoned in many aspects of residential construction and remodeling, offering both buyers and sellers alike the ability to see "The Big Picture"  when it comes to properties that need a little extra elbow grease.  As the Executive Director of Z to A Realty, I am in charge of ensuring that all of the homes we list are held to high marketing standards.

Lauren got her real estate broker license to ensure she understood every aspect of the process of buying her own home and she believes every buyer should feel they fully understand every step of the biggest purchase most people will ever make. She loves working with first-time buyers and takes the time to answer questions and explain everything until clients are comfortable with each decision. She has curated professional recommendations for everything from attorneys to HVAC techs to help clients who need it, and she personally vets each one on her own home to make sure her clients can feel as confident in them as she does.
